In it, True Believers are not only treated to some spectacular artwork provided by Leinil Yu and Javier Garron that has now been given the motion comic treatment, but they’ll be brought up to speed when it comes to what’s played out over the course of the first three issues.

Aside from the appeal that comes with pitting one super team that will soon be appearing in a TV series backed by Disney against one that appears in films distributed by Fox, the main selling point is no doubt the X-Men fighting for the own survival against those pesky Terrigen Mists.

Inhumans vs. X-Men #3 is now available in comic shops (you can read our review here), with the fourth issue set to arrive on Wednesday, February 8. A synopsis for the event can be found below:

Superstar writers Jeff Lemire and Charles Soule team with fan-favorite artist Leinil Yu and rising star artist Javier Garrón to bring you explosive action as these two Marvel mainstays collide! Terrigen Mists roll across the globe, birthing new Inhumans, while poisoning the planet’s mutants. Neither group can survive while the other persists. It’s win now – or go extinct! The X-Men have acted swiftly, neutralizing key Inhuman targets. Only the Inhumans won’t go down without a fight! Who will be left standing? The ultimate war for survival rages on!
