Fighting game fans must be in Heaven right now, considering Sony and Capcom just teamed up to announce Street Fighter X Tekken for the PlayStation Vita. The beautiful Japanese fighting game looks amazing on the device, and should play extremely well with added touch screen controls and shortcuts. Their real-time live demo that they showed went off without a hitch, with no noticeable issues.

That’s not it though. The device will be getting its own exclusive new playable character – Cole McGrath from Sucker Punch’s inFAMOUS 2 (set to release tomorrow.) He was shown as the opponent during the demo and his colourful/exaggerated look fit in well with the game and its art style. Not only that, but he had some incredible lightning attacks in his arsenal. With those abilities, he could quite possibly become a fan favourite.
