There’s never been a better time to be a comic book movie fan. It’s become a bit of a cliché to say it by now, but that doesn’t make it any less true.

As 2016 has made clear, with multiple franchises producing at least two a piece this year, various studios are working towards creating expansive, all-encompassing movie universes that mirror the shared worlds of the comics. Marvel are obviously in the lead with this at the moment, but Fox’s X-Men franchise is finally realizing its potential and DC are quickly playing catch up.

That said, there are still certain barriers in place that prevent some of the crossovers that the comics take for granted. One of these was broken down recently when Sony and Marvel made an unprecedented deal to introduce Spider-Man into the MCU. That raises hope that Marvel and Fox might be able to broach a similar agreement, so that we might have the Avengers, X-Men and the Fantastic Four all in the same universe.

Assuming that every conceivable copyright issue will be worked out in the future, here are 10 superhero movie crossovers we’d really love to see at some point. As always, if you have any others, be sure to let us know in the comments section down below.
