If you're current on Gotham happenings, then you're well aware of how the city was ravaged by bombs Jeremiah Valeska and Ra's al Ghul planted around town. And in the wake of that destruction, numerous gangs will begin carving out their territory, with the likes of Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Firefly and others setting up shop throughout various neighborhoods.
When Stephen Amell made his pro wrestling debut a few years back, none would've thought it'd lead to a real life friendship and working relationship with his first onscreen foe, that being Cody Rhodes. Then known as Stardust, the grappler has since gone on to portray the villainous Derek Sampson on Arrow.
Even though we still have two more boxes to check off in 2018 when it comes to live action superhero films opening in cinemas - those being Venom and Aquaman - fans of the genre will soon have the chance to view one of the classics as they may never have before.
With just over one month to go until The Flash returns for its highly anticipated fifth season, The CW have really begun cranking up the hype engine, this time releasing a new promo that's circulating online and during commercial breaks for their prime time shows. Throughout the years, the Arrowverse has flirted with Green Lantern lore, but it's yet to formally introduce any sort of ringslinger to the fold. Seeing as how this is one of the few major boxes the DC TV shared continuity has yet to check off, one would hope that it be achieved before long.
To this point, it's become quite common for Arrow's biggest of bads to return even after they've enjoyed ample time in the spotlight. If you'll recall, Malcolm Merlyn stuck around for quite a while after season 1, Deathstroke sporadically popped up here and there to both confound and team up with Oliver Queen, and Damien Darhk played a huge part over on Legends of Tomorrow. Heck, even the deceased Prometheus has come back as a hallucination.
Throughout its previous thirteen seasons, the producers of Supernatural have figured out creative ways for allowing their series regulars to flex their acting muscles. More often than not, it's Misha Collins who's putting yet another spin on Castiel (I've honestly lost count of how many different ways that guy's played our favorite angel, or different characters altogether), but sometimes Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are able to partake in the fun as well.
