Fear The Walking Dead comes to an end next week, but will continue in a way thanks to a planned web series titled Fear The Walking Dead: Flight 462. The first instalment of the sixteen part show will air on AMC on October 4th, and will then be repeated during commercial breaks of the season six premiere of The Walking Dead.
Ever since The CW revealed Diggle's new look for season four of Arrow, fans of the series have been unable to adjust to the design of one certain aspect of it. While his clothes all look great, the helmet the character has donned bears a striking resemblance to the one worn by X-Men villain Magneto. Not only that, but it also looks a bit daft in general.
The Weinstein Company has today released a second trailer for Burnt, the upcoming drama from director John Wells (August: Osage County) which was written by Steven Knight (Locke) and Michael Kalesniko (Iron Sky). That's an impressive team right there, and just as amazing is the cast of actors who have been assembled for the movie which revolves around a once famous chef struggling to fight his way back to the top.
Captain America and Iron Man are two of Marvel's most popular superheroes, so there's no way they're going to turn one of them into a villain in next year's Captain America: Civil War (though seeing Iron Man portrayed as the big bad of Phase 3 would certainly be pretty good fun).
Earlier this month, Disney and Lucasfilm held "Force Friday", a day which saw the release of the first wave of merchandise for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. There aren't too many other franchises capable of having an entire day revolve around their products, but Star Wars toys and books have been popular for decades, so it wasn't really all that surprising.
Marvel and ABC have today released an Inhumans centric promo for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season three, and it puts an emphasis on Quake and the team she will put together to tackle a dangerous new threat.
While it hasn't been confirmed, Hugh Jackman made it very clear at this year's Comic-Con that his third and final solo Wolverine movie is going to be some sort of adaptation of Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's Old Man Logan. If you've read that story, you'll know that it's crammed full of characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, none of whom can appear in Fox's X-Men Universe.
Following his incredible work on Birdman, it should really come as no surprise that Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu's The Revenant has become one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2016 (though it will receive a limited release in North America on Christmas Day). Throw in a cast which is made up of names like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Domnhall Gleeson, and Will Poulter, and it's easy to see why there's so much buzz surrounding this movie!
When AMC announced plans for a Walking Dead spinoff, fans of the series were obviously pretty sceptical. While that show is currently better than it's ever been, it was hard to figure out why a "companion" series as it was described at the time was needed, but Fear The Walking Dead has since proven itself to be an entertaining spinoff which benefits from a different setting both in terms of location and when during the zombie outbreak it takes place in.
