Sony Announces That’s My Boy For Blu-Ray In October

Adam Sandler hasn't been known for making the highest quality films as of late, but he's always had an audience that shows up for his crumby pictures. With That's My Boy though, that wasn't the case. The R-rated comedy tanked at the box office and proved that even Sandler is breakable. The film is a complete waste of time and a slap in the face to anyone that considers themselves fans of the comedy genre.

Sony Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-Ray release of Sean Anders’ That’s My Boy for October.

Adam Sandler hasn’t been known for making the highest quality films as of late, but he’s always had an audience that shows up for his crumby pictures. With That’s My Boy though, that wasn’t the case. The R-rated comedy tanked at the box office and proved that even Sandler is breakable.  The film is a complete waste of time and a slap in the face to anyone that considers themselves fans of the comedy genre.

Our very own Jonathan Lack gave a fairly negative review of the film, where he had this to say:

That’s My Boy isn’t just the worst film of 2012, it’s one of the most morally reprehensible comedies of all time, a disgusting movie you should stay far, far away from.

The Blu-Ray will be coming with a 1080p video transfer and a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track, with the following bonus material:

  • Greetings from Cape Cod
  • Classy Rick’s Bacon and Leggs
  • Gag Reel
  • Who Are All These People?
  • Deleted Scenes Fun in the Tub
  • Deleted Scenes Hot Tub – Director’s Cut
  • Deleted Scenes Money Trouble
  • Deleted Scenes School
  • Deleted Scenes The Donny Berger Story

That’s My Boy will hit shelves on October 16th, 2012.

I'm an avid watcher of films and I just love discussing and sharing them with the world. I enjoy horror, sci-fi and mostly any genre under the sun, plus I have a slight obsession with Blu-ray's and the whole high definition craze.
