Right now the MCU buzz is all about the new Captain Marvel trailer and the ever-imminent Avengers 4 trailer, but come this weekend, a lot of fans will likely be looking ahead to the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home, with reports indicating that Peter Parker’s next solo outing will be getting a teaser of its own this Saturday. What’s more, with Sony setting up the movie’s display at this year’s CCXP in Brazil, we’ve already got our best look yet at the Spider-Man Noir-inspired stealth suit that Tom Holland will be rocking in the upcoming feature.
We’ve previously seen quite a few images of this outfit from the European stretch of the film’s production, and there’ve even been some fan theories that have emerged around the design, including the prediction that Peter will be collaborating with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. Either way, it certainly looks like our hero has some sneaking on the agenda, and his mission probably has something to do with Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio.
This dark outfit won’t be the only Spidey suit that Holland is going to wear in next year’s release though, with set pics from the film’s New York leg of production showing the wall-crawler in a red-and-black costume. For these hometown scenes, Peter looks to be sharing a lot of his screen time with Michelle “MJ” Jones, with one leaked clip of the pair together even prompting speculation that Zendaya’s character knows Spider-Man’s true identity.
That claim remains debatable, but we’ll see what’s in store for Peter – beyond his stylish new getups – when Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5th, 2019, though not before we find out how Spidey got un-dusted when Avengers 4 comes out on May 3rd.
