One Piece continues to chug full-steam ahead through its twentieth season, the Wano Country Arc, which commenced back in July 2019 and has yet to conclude as of the time of writing. The latest episode (the 1066th overall), “Here Comes Main Act! Powerful Techniques of Shockwave and Magnetism,” aired on Crunchyroll on June 25, which means Saturday, July 1, we’ll be getting the 1067th episode and continuing the saga of the Straw Hats vs. Big Mom.

In the aforementioned episode, which adapts Chapter 1039 of the manga, we saw Eustass Kid on the brink of death and experiencing near-death flashbacks. Meanwhile, Momonosuke determined to save lives at any cost, continues to pull Onigashima away from the Flower Capital. Big Mom fights with Kid and Law, managing to send her crashing into a nearby tower, impale her with Law’s sword and eventually unleash Puncture Wille and Damned Punk on her. Kid and Law hope to send Big Mom plummeting through the Earth’s core, but instead, she withstands the beam fired at her by Kid, who hopes to send her through the hole that Law created.
