Watch: Pirates Of The Caribbean 6 Fan-Made Trailer Brings Back Old Favorites
Disney is pressing ahead with the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, but it won't be continuing the story of previous movies. After his legal troubles and public controversies, Johnny Depp has been dropped and isn't expected to be invited back to play Captain Jack Sparrow again. For many fans, though, Depp is the franchise, so many aren't happy about the thought of more Pirates without Sparrow.

DC Reportedly Developing Elseworlds Animated Series For HBO Max
Disney Plus is about to launch What If...?, the very first animated series from Marvel Studios. An anthology show inspired by the classic comics of the same name, it'll explore a different alternate reality every episode. It's a terrific idea, and it looks like DC is looking to get their own version of it off the ground. As per a new report, an Elseworlds animated series is in the works over at HBO Max.

Marvel’s What If…? Will Feature Over 50 MCU Returning Stars
The big draw of Marvel's What If...? was always that it would feature a load of familiar faces - or, in this case, voices - from the MCU, but we didn't realize exactly how many until now. With the animated anthology series now only a week and a half away, the full list of every returning actor has been released - and it reveals that over 50 (!) stars from the franchise are set to reprise their roles.

Clark Gregg Confirmed To Return As Phil Coulson In Marvel’s What If…?
Marvel Studios' next TV series is set to have an even bigger cast than Avengers: Endgame. The incoming animated anthology show will feature the return of a ton of familiar faces - or, in this case, voices - from the past decade+ of the MCU. A bunch of them have been revealed in the trailers, but now the full cast list of returning stars has been announced and includes a few surprises. Not least Clark Gregg, confirming that everyone's favorite S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Phil Coulson, is coming back.

Disney Plus Is Adding 16 New Movies And TV Shows This Week
The first week of August brings a great new haul of fresh content to Disney Plus over the next few days. As we've become used to by now, Wednesday delivers a range of new TV shows and episodes while some fresh movies, as well as the last two shows still unfolding on Fridays, drop in time for the weekend. In total, there's 16 titles debuting on the Mouse House's streaming platform for the week starting August 2nd.
