Jared Padalecki Says He’s Gutted Not To Be Involved In Supernatural Spinoff
Supernatural only just wrapped up after its historic 15-season run last year, but The CW is already developing a prequel series. Titled The Winchesters, the show will explore the love story of Sam and Dean's parents, John and Mary. The best news for fans is that Jensen Ackles is on board, both as an exec producer and reprising his role as Dean via the role of narrator. The bad news is that his on-screen brother Jared Padalecki isn't involved in any capacity. And he's not happy about it.

Spider-Man Star Tobey Maguire Has Signed On For His First New Movie In Years
Though Marvel fans are convinced Tobey Maguire is about to return as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home, or at least some sort of spinoff of sequel, it's important to remember that this has yet to be officially confirmed. As things stand, Maguire hasn't appeared in a movie since 2017's The Boss Baby. And for his last live-action appearance we have to go even further back, to 2014's Pawn Sacrifice. The Maguire drought is over now, though, as the actor has just signed on to a major new project.

Fans know that death isn't the end in the Marvel universe, so there's been a lot of speculation over whether Black Widow will really be Scarlett Johansson's last appearance in the MCU or not. Sure, Natasha Romanoff died in Avengers: Endgame, but there are various ways to reverse that fate. However, the actress herself seems pretty confident that she's saying goodbye to the franchise with the upcoming prequel film in a new interview.

We're so used to his powerful performance as Captain America these days that it's easy to forget Evans initially made a name for himself out of more comedic roles. For instance, his original Marvel character, Johnny Storm in the Fantastic Four duology. If you want to revisit the actor's early days then why not start with his big break, 2001's spoof Not Another Teen Movie? Evans' very first film appearace, it becomes available to stream on July 1st.

Tom Welling Confirms Animated Smallville Spinoff Series Is In Development
The success of The CW's Superman & Lois has got DC fans nostalgic for Smallville, the network's original teen-flavored Superman show. Though it ran for 10 seasons from 2001-2011, the series stopped short of revealing Tom Welling's Clark Kent career as the Man of Steel. With Welling infamously against wearing the classic suit in live-action, the best chance of a revival lies in the medium of animation. And the good news is this is something Welling is working on.

Stephen Amell Confirms He Was Removed From Flight After Argument With Wife
Former Arrow star Stephen Amell has found himself i the news this week following an incident on a Delta flight between Austin and Los Angeles. As originally reported by Page Six, it was claimed that the Oliver Queen actor was "appearing drunk" causing Amell, described as an "unruly customer" according to an official statement by the airline, to be removed from the plane, resulting in an eight-minute delay in take-off.
