Midnight Sons Movie Reportedly In Early Development
Expect many more superhero teams to form in the future of the MCU, as given the success of the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel is sure to be looking to bring a ton of other super groups from the comics into the screen franchise. We've already got hints at the Thunderbolts forming in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, while The Marvels may lead to A-Force. Another one on the way, though, could be the Midnight Sons.

Margot Robbie’s Pirates Of The Caribbean Character Will Reportedly Be Queer
With Johnny Depp out as Captain Jack Sparrow, Disney is in the midst of relaunching the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise without him. And it seems the studio is going all in on the "girl power" angle. Not only is there one project in the works that may star Karen Gillan, but a spinoff produced by Margot Robbie is also in development. And with Robbie involved on both sides of the camera, this is the one that's moving faster out of the two.

Netflix has finally officially announced that Enola Holmes 2 is on its way. The first movie was one of the streaming giant's biggest hits of 2020, so a follow-up has been the subject of a lot of discussion ever since its arrival last September, but now we know a sequel is definitely happening. And it looks like the company has a lot of faith that it's going to be a success. Enough to maybe even grant it something extremely rare for their output: a limited theatrical release.

Fantastic Beasts Actor Kevin Guthrie Jailed For Sexual Assault
Scottish actor Kevin Guthrie has been sentenced for three years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in Glasgow, Scotland. Also featuring in a minor role in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk, Guthrie is best known for playing Mr. Abernathy in the Fantastic Beasts films. The incident took place in 2017, with a jury finding the 33-year-old performer guilty following a four-day trial. In addition to his jail time, Guthrie has been placed on the sex offenders registry.

Erotic Polish drama 365 Days was both one of Netflix's most popular and most controversial titles of 2020. On the one hand, it was a major success, as it found itself on the Top 10 lists in around 90 countries and it ranks as the fourth most-searched movie on Google last year. On the other, its subject matter drew a sizeable backlash online, with one petition calling for its removal from the platform earning 100K signatures.

Netflix finally announced today that Enola Holmes is getting a sequel, with Millie Bobby Brown reprising her role as the eponymous younger sister to Sherlock. The first movie was one of the streaming giant's biggest hits of 2020, so it's no surprise that work is now progressing on a follow-up. Alongside Brown, director Harry Bradbeer (Fleabag) is returning to helm and Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) is once again penning the script.
