MCU Fans Going Crazy For The Best Episode Of WandaVision Yet
After a shaky start, WandaVision is going from strength to strength. The last few episodes have seen Vision realizing something is very wrong with his domestic bliss, which dovetails with S.W.O.R.D.'s futile attempts to contain 'The Hex.' It's been a wild and often disturbing ride, with last week's outing ending with a twist that will likely have major consequences for the entire MCU. This saw Wanda's long-lost (and long-dead) brother Pietro arrive on her doorstep, though it was Evan Peters' X-Universe character rather than Aaron-Taylor Johnson's.

Avengers: Endgame Directors Say We Might Still See More Deleted Scenes
Since Avengers: Endgame's release, we've seen a ton of material that didn't make it into the movie. That so much was left on the cutting room floor isn't a huge surprise, mind you, as Infinity War and Endgame were very complex films, featuring numerous intersecting events, parallel timelines and an enormous cast of heroes. The first new footage landed during Endgame's theatrical run, but since then, the Blu-ray/VOD and Disney+ version have both featured deleted scenes and there's been a bunch of concept art showing alternative ways that key moments could've gone down.

WandaVision EP Explains How They Pulled Off Last Week’s Big Cameo
The first three episodes of WandaVision didn't do much for me. I don't care about dated sitcoms, so accurately recreating them left me cold. Fortunately, though, the show has now gotten interesting, with Wanda becoming more overtly villainous and Vision realizing something is horribly wrong with his perfect domestic life. The series already fleshed out S.W.O.R.D. and showed us the world as Thanos' Snap was reversed, but it really kicked into high gear in the final moments of episode 5.

Candyman Reboot Star Says It’s Epic, Stunning And Must Be Seen With An Audience
2020 was a disappointing year for cinema in general, but particularly for horror fans. A Quiet Place Part II was one of the first big COVID-19 delays, being quickly joined by Spiral, Last Night in Soho, Antlers and, most disappointingly for me, Nia DaCosta's Candyman reboot. The 1992 original is one of my favorite horror movies of all time, combining a pointed commentary on class and race in inner cities with some genuinely terrifying thrills.
