The Witcher EP Teases Introduction Of New Witchers In Season 2
When Game of Thrones wrapped up, the streaming networks immediately began commissioning shows to fill the swords, dragons n' boobs-shaped hole in the viewing schedule. First out of the gate was Netflix's The Witcher, which adapts Polish author Andrezj Sapkowski's series of novels with heavy inspiration from CD Projekt Red's bestselling series of video games. The first season was a big hit and Netflix quickly commissioned a second run with more to come.

The book follows in the wake of Iron Man 2020, a tale featuring Arno Stark (Tony's adoptive brother) seizing the mantle and Tony at the forefront of a synthetic life revolution. After that, writer Christopher Cantwell and artist CAFU seem determined to bring him back to basics, showing Stark doing hands-on superhero work and fewer stories about him being a global celebrity.

The Punisher Creator Reveals New Black Lives Matter Skull Logo
The Punisher's iconic skull logo has become increasingly visible over the last two decades. We saw it on military hardware in Iraq and Afghanistan and it's become popular with law enforcement, too. The skull hit the headlines last week when we saw it on uniforms of riot police beating protesters, causing disquiet from Marvel Entertainment, Disney and the Punisher co-creator Gerry Conway, who said that the skull must not be "a symbol of oppression."

Gone With The Wind To Return To HBO Max With Introduction By Black Scholar
HBO Max's decision to remove Gone with the Wind from their streaming platform kicked up quite a fuss. The removal was sparked by an article by 12 Years a Slave writer John Ridley. He made a persuasive argument that the movie "doesn't just 'fall short' with regard to representation. It is a film that glorifies the antebellum south. It is a film that, when it is not ignoring the horrors of slavery, pauses only to perpetuate some of the most painful stereotypes of people of color."

Star Wars Reveals How Ewoks Look Without Fur And They’re Terrifying
Star Wars fans have had a long and troubled relationship with the Ewoks. First introduced in Return of the Jedi, these cuddly tree-dwelling teddy bears introduced a note of slapstick cuteness to the franchise that raised eyebrows, especially when they managed to bring down heavily armed Imperial soldiers. Worse, it emerged soon after Return of the Jedi's release that George Lucas' original plan was for them to have been Wookiees and this scene to have taken place on the planet Kashyyyk.
