2010's Kick-Ass occupies a special place in the minds of many fans, coming at a time when we weren't yet saturated with superhero fare, and a brutally violent story could stand out at the box office. The Matthew Vaughn-directed movie is getting particular love at the moment on Hulu, where it's been number two and three in the rankings since yesterday.
The first season of Loki was a treat for MCU fans, with the series littering Easter Eggs throughout its storyline, as well as providing hints of upcoming creatures and characters. With the second block of episodes possibly not even going before the cameras until 2023, Disney Plus subscribers can at least console themselves by rewatching the instalments we had this year, and seeing how they line up with new programs and movies. However, it seems that the last Easter Egg on Loki might have been identified, after executive producer Michael Waldron previously said there was one left.
The Umbrella Academy has been one of Netflix's greatest successes in recent years, delivering a comic book adaptation with significant personality. The second season of the show proved to be a hit with subscribers, and there's been talk of an animated spin-off to extend its universe. Shooting on the third block of episodes began earlier in 2021, and has now officially wrapped ahead of a hoped-for launch in summer 2022.
