Despite the fact that it's currently being somewhat overshadowed by the likes of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Captain America: Civil War, X-Men: Apocalypse definitely feels like one to watch this year. With director Bryan Singer finally bringing the huge action that fans expect from comic book movies to the franchise and Oscar Isaac cast as the iconic Apocalypse, there's certainly a lot to look forward to here.
The CW has released the first official images from next Wednesday's episode of Arrow, and by far the biggest reveal is the fact that Colton Haynes is back not just as Roy Harper, but as Arsenal, too. When we last saw him, the young hero had faked his death to protect the Green Arrow's secret identity, passing on his bow to Thea Queen. There's no sign of her here though, which does lead to a lot of interesting questions.
Season two of Daredevil hits Netflix this March, and as well as continuing to tell Matt Murdock's story, we're also going to be introduced to Elektra and The Punisher. The CW has released another new promo trailer for season four of Arrow, and while it's light on new footage, it does an excellent job of setting the stage for what's to come as we get closer and closer to the reveal of who's in that grave.
Fox has released a minute long clip from Deadpool, and it features the Merc with the Mouth breaking the fourth wall as well as a new look at both Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead in action. The latter definitely impresses as she takes down Angel Dust, but the Russian tough guy is quickly shown not to be a match for the villain.
The CW has released the first official images from next week's episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and they offer up an intriguing look at what's to come in the series. For starters, we get to see even more unique team-ups, but it's the possibility of romance between Rip Hunter and Sara Lance which is most intriguing, despite being somewhat unlikely seeing as he's trying to save his wife and child.
CBS has released the first official images from the February 8th episode of Supergirl, and they take us on an unexpected trip to Krypton after a mysterious (and pretty gross looking) alien attaches itself to Kara.
The CW has released the first official description for the February 16th episode of The Flash, and it sheds some light on what's to come for Barry Allen and company after they pay a visit to Earth-2. This is actually the second part of the story (details on "Welcome to Earth-2" can be found here), and it sounds like there will be a lot of surprising twists and turns here.
The CW has released the first official description for the February 17th episode of Arrow, and it sounds like the war between Team Arrow and HIVE is about to reach its head.
The CW has released a first look promo for next week's episode of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and it picks up pretty much straight after the fall of one of the legends in tonight's instalment.
