It would be a massive understatement to say that Netflix has a lot of content. Not everything on there is solid gold, but to be fair to the streaming giant, subscribers can always find something new to watch whenever they're at a loose end. Andrew Lincoln made the decision to leave The Walking Dead in 2018 to spend time with his family. Nobody can blame him for wanting a break after dedicating his life to playing protagonist Rick Grimes for eight years, and doing an incredible job the entire time. But his hiatus will soon come to an end, and according to the show's chief content officer, Scott Gimple, Lincoln is "itching" to revisit the zombie franchise.
Tony Stark is one of the greatest heroes in the MCU and his act of self-sacrifice in Avengers: Endgame saved the entire universe from obliteration, but he has a somewhat embarrassing reputation for creating villains, too. Even after his death, his life's work continues to inspire villainy almost as much as heroism, with Spider-Man: Far From Home's Mysterio also being powered by Stark Industries tech.
Things have been looking bleak for The Walking Dead's King Ezekiel for quite some time. Suffering from suspected thyroid cancer in a world where advanced medical treatment is in short supply, it seems his days on the show might be numbered. And fans who were hoping for some kind of miracle cure or a better prognosis will be disappointed to hear that the actor who plays Ezekiel has landed a major role elsewhere, hinting that he won't be sticking around for much longer.
The Walking Dead comic books were celebrated for their black and white aesthetic, but Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment will be ditching this art style for a series of special reprints beginning this Halloween. Creator Robert Kirkman has just announced that the legendary zombie saga will be reissued in full color, 17 years on from the release of the first issue in classic noir.
