WGTC Radio #55 – Our Top 10 Favorite Video Games of All Time (Part 1 of 3)

I am going to be out of town for a few weeks here, so to make sure the content keeps on rolling your way, we have recorded a special, three-part installment of WGTC Radio that we think listeners are really going to love. Just as we previously delivered multi-part countdowns of our favorite movies (part 1 and part 2) and favorite TV shows (part 1 and part 2), on this week’s episode, we begin our long-awaited countdown of our Top 10 Favorite Video Games of All Time.

As with the other lists in this vein, Sean and I each made our own lists, and go back and forth presenting, discussing, and analyzing our choices. We have put a little more production into this countdown, with musical introductions for each title, but otherwise, you know the drill: We love video games, we love talking about video games, and we had an awful lot of fun talking about the video games we love the most.

This countdown will run for three episodes, with this first installment covering our #10 – #8 picks, along with a slew of honorable mentions at the start. Come back next week for our picks on #7 – #4, and two weeks from now for the conclusion, with #3 – #1.

Also, big thanks to listener Kenneth, whose generous monetary donation to the podcast has allowed us to purchase a much better microphone for recording. I have not received/installed it yet, but we will start using it after this three-parter, on episode #58. So look forward to that!

Enjoy!
