Woman orders from Domino’s, then allegedly drives there when it’s delayed. Now, the internet is convinced they don’t want to ‘stoop to your level’

She says the customer is always right.

A viral TikTok has resurfaced on X showing a highly contentious interaction between a Domino’s employee and a customer. The situation escalated far beyond what most people would consider an acceptable way to handle a misunderstanding.

Reportedly, the video is an older clip that resurfaced after being reposted by the controversial X account @EBTok. It shows a young female employee on the receiving end of a barrage of profanities. The person behind the camera can be heard shouting at the top of her lungs, “Make my shit now, b*tch!”

The woman complains that her children are waiting for their order. The person recording, who uses the username @purpbeazy (also known as Chaka The Hair Magician), accuses the employee of being “mouthy” and threatens never to return after what she viewed as subpar service.

Her pizza was late

The interaction then ends abruptly, with very little context about what prompted her reaction. After the video regained traction on social media, Chaka decided to respond with an explanation for why she was so angry with the Domino’s employee.

After first responding to people who had been wishing ill on her children because of the incident, she explained that the real issue stemmed from a late pizza delivery. She said that after waiting an hour, she called Domino’s to find out what was taking so long.

Eventually, she said that after two to three hours, she grew impatient because her children were hungry, so she decided to drive to the store. When she arrived, she asked what the delay was. While she was there, she says she received a call from her babysitter telling her that her children had fallen asleep waiting for the pizza. According to her, that was when she became irate.

She said the employee then told her that the pizza had been delivered but no one answered the door. Chaka says she immediately called her babysitter to ask whether anyone had come to the house, and the babysitter said no. Chaka then claimed the employee told her they had also tried calling her after the unsuccessful delivery attempt. However, she says she checked her call log and showed the employee that there were no missed calls from Domino’s.

She says the customer is always right

According to Chaka, because she believed the employee had lied to her, she demanded a refund. However, the employee told her the best she could do was issue a refund. Chaka then argued that “the customer is always right” and said she did not believe the employee had “represented Domino’s properly.” She added that nobody should “come for her” for standing up for herself and her children.

Out of the 16 comments left on her explanation, not a single one agreed with her. The most-liked comment read, “You’re right, no one should come after you and curse you. You know, stoop to your level. For future reference, I suggest you address a refund for the pizza with the manager or GM at the store. The cashier does not have access to the system to refund funds.”

The debate surrounding the interaction ultimately moved well beyond whether the customer is always right. Instead, it became a discussion about how service workers should be treated, even when customers believe they have received poor service.
