When you think of superpowered Marvel Comics lawyers, the first name to pop into your head is either going to be Matt Murdock or Jennifer Walters, so it would make complete sense for the two to cross paths in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s upcoming Disney Plus series She-Hulk.
Sure enough, we’ve heard on several occasions that it’s going to happen, but there’s been no official word on Charlie Cox boarding the ensemble led by Tatiana Maslany as the title heroine, which recently recruited The Good Place‘s Jameela Jamil as Titania, alongside the returning Tim Roth as The Incredible Hulk villain and breakout star of the Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings trailer Abomination.
Plot details remain tightly under lock and key, although Kevin Feige did reveal She-Hulk to be a half-hour legal comedy comprised of ten episodes, with the leading lady set to cross over into the feature film side of the franchise, and a leaked casting call hinted that she might even be one of the next generation’s Avengers.
However, insider Grace Randolph has followed up on the Cox speculation by hinting that Netflix’s Man Without Fear won’t just be playing mild-mannered attorney Matt Murdock in She-Hulk, he’ll be suiting up as Daredevil, as you can see below.
I can ALSO tell you that not only is #CharlieCox in #SheHulk
but he’ll appear in costume as #Daredevil
not just as Matt Murdock like in #SpiderManNoWayHome
When you see him, you’re gonna go crazy 😍#Marvel #MCU pic.twitter.com/sQYrSQ5ERf

We’ve been hearing for months that the actor was on board the small screen streaming exclusive, and it’s an obvious narrative path to walk given he and She-Hulk‘s professions. It’ll be interesting to find out whether or not they end up on opposite sides of the courtroom, but the legal genre is one of those things that’s never anything less than entertaining if handled right, never mind with superheroes thrown in.
