Without a doubt, one of the most surprising films of last year was Creed, the Rocky spinoff from Ryan Coogler that focused on the titular boxer, played by an impeccable Michael B. Jordan. Full of heart and presenting a familiar but well executed story, Creed managed to win over just about everyone.
Our very own Sam Woolf checked out the film back when it hit theatres and had this to say about it:
