Anchor Bay has announced Demoted, the latest comedy from the team responsible for the American Pie films, for Blu-Ray in June.
David Cross and Sean Astin star in Demoted, an office comedy that you might be able to throw up next to Horrible Bosses, Office Space and 9 to 5. The film follows a couple of pranksters as they find themselves in secretarial positions.
I personally haven’t seen the flick, but I don’t mind the occasional Cross film every now and again. Office comedies have sort of become a rarity these days, which is a shame, because sometimes the funniest things happen during our boring days in the cubical.
No technical specs for the film have been announced just yet, but it’s safe to assume a 1080p video transfer and either a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track or a Dolby TrueHD track.
Demoted will be available to own on DVD or Blu-Ray high-def on June 12th, 2012.
