Paramount Home Entertainment has detailed Fun Size for Blu-Ray in February. The film stars Victoria Justice and Chelsea Handler.
Honestly, I have no idea what a Fun Size even is. I’ve been told it’s a Nickelodeon-funded comedy that deals with kids having some sort of Halloween party? I can’t be too far off, right? Anyways, I’m not sure if Nickelodeon is even considered a name brand anymore, but perhaps Fun Size is an indication that they are indeed relevant among the teenage population.
The film barely made a splash when it was released in theaters and to this day I’ve yet to see a single trailer or piece of promotional footage. I plan on keeping in that way until I absolutely have to sit down and experience a modern-day piece of Nickelodeon programming.
Our very own Christian Law had a chance to sit down and view this one and he had this to say about the film in his review:
Just like its namesake, Fun Size is a small amount of mediocrity that won’t leave a bad taste in your mouth, but definitely won’t satisfy many viewers.
I’m willing to bet that based on that piece of writing above I’m probably not the demographic for this conveniently-sized family flick. That’s okaythough and actually sort of reassuring.
