Primed to hit store shelves tomorrow, August 21st, the so-called Super Duper Cut crams in 15 minutes of bonus footage, though it’s mostly just alternate takes and gags that were deemed too cheeky for the theatrical cut – like, say, the one of Wade Wilson traveling back in time to visit Adolf Hitler in his baby crib. And then there’s the R-rated Disney gag that was sentenced to the floor of the editing room, too.

But to celebrate the arrival of The Super Duper Cut, above you’ll see Ryan Reynolds back in the mask once more as he springs a rather nasty surprise on an unsuspecting parent. Yes, it involves the baby legs, and it seems the Merc just can’t refuse that seafood platter on offer at the gas station…

They get big so fast, don’t they? In all seriousness, the baby leg gag of Deadpool 2 was arguably the funniest scene in the entire movie, as we see a three-foot Wade Wilson wander up to a visibly disgusted Cable. There promises to be much more content on the Deadpool 2 Blu-ray, too, though we struggle to imagine anything will come close to the miniature Merc.

Exactly two weeks after the sequel’s digital debut, and Deadpool 2 is officially prepped and ready for the journey over to home video. If you’re wanting the premium package, we’d advise shelling out for the Super Duper Cut, as it contains all sorts of added content for what is undoubtedly one of the year’s most entertaining releases.
