Aside from The Walking Dead, I'd say Hellboy is one of the comic book franchises not hatched by either DC or Marvel to have caught on with mainstream audiences most. Well, get ready to revisit the one that started it all in style, as Guillermo Del Toro’s Hellboy film from 2004 is set to get the 4K Ultra HD treatment in celebration of its fifteenth anniversary. Furthermore, it’s worth mentioning that this souped-up home video release will include both the theatrical and director’s cuts, the latter of which happens to be ten minutes longer.

For those of you looking to get in on this, know that the party begins on October 15th when the remastered edition hits shelves in the form of a combo pack complete with 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and Digital HD formats.
