Paramount Home Entertainment will be bringing the romantic drama Like Crazy to Blu-Ray in March. Anton Yelchin and Felicity Jones star in the film about a couple trying to hold it together while being separated due to customs and life’s general struggles.
Like Crazy made a splash on the festival circuit this past summer and garnered some praise for its brutally honest approach. I enjoyed the film because of its honesty, but I also had problems with the somewhat dumb decisions the two characters make throughout the film, but one can blame love for that because it’ll make you do crazy things.

Like Crazy returns to well-tred indie romance battleground, and litters it with another cinematic relationship study with little merit beyond some warm atmosphere and a fairly decent capturing of that frivolous yet monumental first love. Unfortunately, the main characters are so self indulgent that it’s impossible to take their relationship, the core of the film, seriously. So it becomes a torturous back and forth that leads nowhere except to a dismal (and far too distant) ending.
The film will come to Blu-Ray in the form of a Blu-Ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy combo pack. It will be presented in 1080p with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. Here’s a list of the special features.
