His biggest impact on the action genre, meanwhile, has to be the Lethal Weapon franchise, starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover.

Dave Bautista Reportedly Looking To Do A Vampire Movie
Dave Bautista has proven himself to be a surprisingly versatile actor, with his Hollywood career only getting more and more interesting. Outside of his WWE career, he's obviously most famous for playing Drax in the Marvel universe, but he's also managed to tick off appearances in a Bond movie (Spectre), a sequel to a sci-fi classic (Blade Runner 2049) and a zombie heist flick (Army of the Dead). For his next challenge, it looks like Bautista may be on the hunt for a vampire-themed project.

Candice Patton Reportedly Wants Out Of The Flash
Yet another long-running star of The Flash may be looking to exit the Arrowverse. Season 7 has said goodbye to not one, but two original cast members, as both Carlos Valdes and Tom Cavanagh have ceased being regulars players on The CW TV series. The rest of OG Team Flash - that's Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker and Jesse L. Martin - have all signed up for season 8, but the latest intel says one of them wants out of the show after that.

Blade Star Says He’s Embarrassed For Scarlett Johansson Because Black Widow Looks So Bad
Stephen Dorff is best known for his acclaimed turn in True Detective season 1, but back in the day he starred in 1998's Blade, playing the villainous Deacon Frost opposite Wesley Snipes' vampire hunter. That movie helped kick off the superhero cinema craze that eventually led to the dominance of the MCU that we have today. But it sounds like Dorff is definitely not a fan of the franchise as he's made his feelings about Black Widow crystal clear.

Loki actress Sophia Di Martino has reflected on the importance of a key scene from the hit Disney Plus show that she featured in with Tom Hiddleston, in which the God of Mischief came out as bisexual. The discussion between the Asgardian trickster and Di Martino's Sylvie, a female Loki Variant, was a casual one but it was a big moment for the MCU as it confirmed that Loki was the very first LGBTQ+ leading character in the franchise.

With the much-anticipated threequel arriving in less than six months' time, Marvel fans are getting restless for the first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home. For the past month or so, the fandom has been expecting Sony - who is in charge of the marketing for the Marvel co-production - to drop a teaser promo, but so far we've got squat. Netflix launched a unique movie/TV series hybrid last week which has gone down a storm with viewers. The Fear Street trilogy of horror movies are releasing weekly for the first three Fridays of this month, offering subscribers the thrill of a feature-length chiller but also the cliffhanger endings and anticipation for next week's chapter that comes with watching a TV show. Coming this September is Star Wars: Visions, an anime anthology series which comes from many of the biggest anime studios around.
