Netflix Reportedly Offering Henry Cavill New Superhero Role
Is Henry Cavill done as Superman? That's the big question on every DC fan's lips right now, following the news that Warner Bros. is moving forward with a Man of Steel reboot. That doesn't necessarily preclude more from Cavill's Ka-El, but reports are pointing to things becoming strained between the star and the studio. Even if he is finished with the DCEU, though, the British actor could continue on in the superhero genre elsewhere, it seems.

Tony Todd And Tobin Bell Teaming Up For New Alien Invasion
They're two of the biggest horror icons around, and now Tony Todd and Tobin Bell are coming together to lead the cast of an upcoming sci-fi/horror movie. Titled The Bunker, the project is currently filming in Los Angeles, with Chelsea Edmundson (Thunder Road) joining Todd and Bell in the production, which comes from director Brian Hanson (The Black String), who also co-wrote the script with Charles Bunce.

Eric Bana Doesn’t Think He’ll Ever Return As Hulk In The Marvel Multiverse
The MCU is about to open its doors to the multiverse in a major way. Starting with Spider-Man: No Way Home, fans are expecting a roll call of familiar faces from Marvel's past to make return appearances. Alfred Molina and Jamie Foxx are back as Doc Ock and Electro in the aforementioned threequel, for example, with Doctor Strange 2 likely featuring a bunch more. Of course, one of the most oft-portrayed characters in the Marvel multiverse is the Hulk, but don't expect one former Jade Giant to return anytime soon.

The Good Place Star Reportedly Cast As She-Hulk Villain
Jennifer Walters is finally about to make her live-action debut in Marvel's She-Hulk TV series, which will star Orphan Black actress Tatiana Maslany as Bruce Banner's cousin. The superhero lawyer's own show is gearing up to start production, and according to the latest intel, She-Hulk's nemesis has now been cast. Like Maslany, the actress in question is a familiar face on the small screen as well, being most known for NBC's The Good Place.

Following Arrow ending last year, David Ramsey is returning to the Arrowverse this season, with the John Diggle actor set to appear in and direct several episodes of The CW's roster of DC TV shows. While he'll be reprising his fan favorite role as Spartan on the likes of The Flash and Superman & Lois, Ramsey was announced to be playing a "mystery" character for his Legends of Tomorrow guest spot.

A new synopsis for The Flash reveals exactly when we can expect Cisco to exit the show. Earlier this month, it was confirmed that both Carlos Valdes and Tom Cavanagh will be bringing their time on The CW series to an end at some point in season 7. While Cavanagh's eventual last appearance has yet to be revealed, new details about episode 7x12 "Good-Bye Vibrations" make clear that this is where fans should prepare to say farewell to Vibe.

Lucasfilm Reportedly Developing Adult Animated Star Wars Show
While there hasn't been a widely beloved Star Wars movie since about, well, 1981, Lucasfilm has repeatedly struck gold with their animated TV series. In particular, those overseen by Dave Filoni are seen as some of the best entries in the saga. Following The Clone Wars finally concluding last year, The Bad Batch is now airing weekly on Disney Plus. Fans are loving it, though there has been some slight criticism of its more kid-friendly elements.

Zack Snyder Reveals That WB Rejected His Gay Romance 300 Sequel
Zack Snyder just got the chance to complete his DCEU trilogy with the HBO Max release of Justice League earlier this year, but don't expect him to be able to do the same with the 300 franchise. Snyder brought Frank Miller's sword-and-sandals epic comic book to the screen in 2007, with the Gerard Butler vehicle standing as one of the filmmaker's most popular works. The 2014 sequel, 300: Rise of an Empire, which Snyder only produced and co-wrote, wasn't as successful, though.
