Secret Invasion TV Series Will Be A Showcase For Samuel L. Jackson
One of the many new Marvel Studios projects announced last month during Disney's Investor Day was Secret Invasion, an upcoming Disney Plus TV series. Of course, the title is a very familiar one to fans as it's taken from an iconic comic book event. Everyone was expecting an adaptation of it to be on the way as soon as the Skrulls were introduced in Captain Marvel and just like the shapeshifting species subverted our expectations in that movie, so will the TV show.

Ryan Reynolds Hilariously Responds To Confirmation Of Deadpool 3 Rating
Ryan Reynolds has responded to Kevin Feige's confirmation that Deadpool 3 will sport an R-rating. The question of whether the first DP movie produced by Marvel Studios will stick with Fox's mature tone has generated much speculation over the past couple of years since the Disney takeover. The guessing game ended this week, though, with the Marvel Studios president making clear that the threequel will be just as adult-oriented as the last two.

Dexter Revival Adds 4 New Actors To Its Cast
Showtime's Dexter revival has rounded out its cast with the addition of four new names set to play major roles in the 10-episode limited series. Last October delivered the curveball that Michael C. Hall was reprising his most famous character for a ninth season of the hit serial killer drama, with the new episodes set to arrive later this year, eight years after the show originally wrapped up in 2013. Then, earlier this month, Clancy Brown was hired to play the season's main villain.

One of the superhero movies on its way this year that you might've forgotten was coming is Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Originally, we would've caught the sequel to the smash hit 2018 Sony flick last fall, but it ended up being pushed back to this summer in April. The official Twitter page for Netflix's supernatural teen drama Chilling Adventures of Sabrina came under fire this past weekend after posting what many judged to be a wholly insensitive tweet. On Sunday, January 10th, the CAOS social media account shared a batch of behind-the-scenes pics of the show's stars - namely, Kiernan Shipka (Sabrina Spellman), Jaz Sinclair (Roz Walker), Gavin Leatherwood (Nick Scratch), Miranda Otto (Zelda) and Lucy Davis (Hilda) - splattered with fake blood. The caption read: "Sunday bloody Sunday."

Kevin Feige Says Never Say Never About Jessica Jones And Luke Cage Revivals
Kevin Feige has addressed the chances of Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and other heroes from Netflix's now-defunct Marvel franchise re-entering the MCU in time. As of the last few months of 2020, the rights to these characters began to officially return to Marvel Studios following the required two-year period since the show's cancellations elapsing. This means that the House of Ideas can start to use them again in new projects if they see fit - and Feige isn't ruling it out.

Deadpool 3 Confirmed To Be R-Rated And Set In The MCU
Marvel fans have been waiting for ages for an official update on Deadpool 3, and now we have one. Despite the glut of MCU announcements made at Disney's Investor Day last month, there was no mention of Ryan Reynolds' much-anticipated first outing as the Merc with the Mouth under Marvel Studios. That might be because the movie is still a ways away, but Kevin Feige has now confirmed that it's indeed in development.
