About The Author

Christian Bone is a Staff Writer/Editor at We Got This Covered. Since graduating with a Creative Writing degree from the University of Winchester, he has been cluttering up the internet with his thoughts on movies and TV for over a decade. The MCU is his comfort place but, if you asked him, he'd probably say his favorite superhero film is The Incredibles.

J.K. Simmons Says He’s Optimistic He’ll Return As J. Jonah Jameson In The MCU
Spider-Man: Far From Home's post-credits scene was mind-blowing for many reasons. Peter Parker's secret identity was revealed to the world, he was framed for Mysterio's murder and the man pinning all this on him was none other than J. Jonah Jameson, once again played by J.K. Simmons. The Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy star's involvement was kept secret beforehand, so this was a welcome surprise for webheads, especially as it hinted he'll be back for more appearances.

Pedro Pascal Reportedly Not Quitting The Mandalorian, Still On Board
Last week, a worrying rumor started circulating that Pedro Pascal had exited The Mandalorian. Insider Grace Randolph shared that multiple sources had told her that the actor had proved "difficult" on set and was demanding a chance to take his helmet off in more scenes, due to the discomfort of wearing the heavy headgear. Producers wouldn't budge on this, so Pascal was allegedly fired/resigned after a "pretty bad" split midway through production.

New Batman Theory Says Hush Is The Real Villain Of The Movie
The trailer for The Batman shown at DC FanDome gave us our first glimpses of many characters we can't wait to get to know better in Matt Reeves' reboot, like Zoe Kravitz's Catwoman, Colin Farrell's Penguin and Paul Dano's Riddler. Well, we didn't see Riddler's face, but the contextual clues tell us that the masked killer depicted in the promo is the Prince of Puzzles. But maybe that's just what they want us to think. What if that's not the Riddler at all and it's actually Hush?
