Crisis On Infinite Earths Fans Are Going Nuts Over Last Night’s Cliffhanger
The CW's biggest crossover event yet, "Crisis on Infinite Earths," is going down well with fans. It's already delivered a ton of cool cameos from across adaptions of DC's work, with the first few minutes alone bringing us Robert Wuhl’s Alexander Knox reading about Burtonverse Batman stopping Joker, then to DC Universe's Titans-verse, then Russell Tovey’s The Ray on Earth-X before finally (and best of all) stopping off at Earth-66 where Burt Ward’s Dick Grayson sees the oncoming disaster and yells “Holy crimson skies of death!” On top of that, we've revisited Smallville and seen Kevin Conroy play an unexpectedly sinister Bruce Wayne.

Captain America’s Repaired Shield In Avengers: Endgame May Create A Big Plot Hole
For a movie that so heavily featured time travel and alternate histories, Avengers: Endgame largely avoided any enormous plotholes. Sure, there was a bit of debate as to whether Steve Rogers went on to spend his later years in our MCU or not, but that now seems to have been cleared up. Fans have recently brought up something else though that they're calling a plot hole, and it's definitely worth looking into.

Paul Feig Is Loving The Ghostbusters: Afterlife Trailer
Paul Feig's 2016's Ghostbusters was intended to reboot and revitalize a long-dormant franchise. The director of hits Bridesmaids and The Heat pitched a modern action-comedy with the twist that this new team would be played by some of the funniest women working in Hollywood. How could it fail? Well, it did. Yes, the film had to battle uphill against a deluge of misogynistic online criticism, but its main problem was that it simply wasn't very good. The film went on to lose money at the box office and sequel plans were quickly shelved. That's paved the way for Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which ignores the 2016 film and acts as a sequel to the two originals.

Latest Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker TV Spot Gives Us New Look At Leia
Way back when the first official details were released about Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the thing that really jumped out at me was that Carrie Fisher's General Leia would be a big part of the movie. Given that she tragically died in early 2017, we all immediately began to wonder how they’d go about this act of cinematic necromancy. The fact that we’d already seen a digital Leia in Rogue One led many to conclude that she’d be CGI, only for director J.J. Abrams to clarify that they were planning to assemble her performance from unused footage from The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi.

Marvel Reportedly Considering Two Ways To Bring Deadpool Into MCU
Yesterday, we reported that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness would see the characters make a stop-off in Fox's X-Universe on their trip through the many realities connected to the MCU. Apparently, during this trip Doctor Strange will meet Deadpool and possibly some other X-Universe characters in cameo roles. Having established a link between the two worlds, it seems logical then that Ryan Reynolds' Merc could use it to make the jump to the MCU proper, where he's been confirmed to appear for some time.

Joaquin Phoenix Might Play Joker In Robert Pattinson’s Batman Trilogy
Warner Bros aren't exactly known for their smart decision-making. They were the ones who booted Zack Snyder off Justice League, resulting in what should have been their The Avengers ending up as a shambling, confusing and ugly mess that nobody liked. They're the ones who took Suicide Squad away from David Ayer and recut the movie so it makes no sense. Their CEO Kevin Tsujihara (largely responsible for the previous two bad decisions) resigned in disgrace when it was revealed he helped a woman get an audition in exchange for sexual favors. But lately, they've been a bit better, with outside bet Joker becoming the first R-rated movie to gross $1 billion.

Fox’s X-Men Characters May Cameo In Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness
When Disney finalized their merger with 20th Century Fox, most assumed that the X-Universe that began life way back with 2000's X-Men had run its course. Despite hits like Logan and the Deadpool movies, the mainline films like X-Men: Apocalypse and X-Men: Dark Phoenix sputtered at the box office and received mixed reviews. And with Marvel Studios planning to bring mutants into the MCU proper, it seemed safe to conclude that after two decades, this particular take on the property had reached its natural end.

Crisis On Infinite Earths Fans Have Mixed Reactions To Kevin Conroy’s Batman
Despite all the wonderful cameos that have already and will appear in The CW's "Crisis on Infinite Earths," I was looking forward to Kevin Conroy's the most. He's been 'my' Batman ever since I first saw Batman: The Animated Series, with his portrayal in Rocksteady's Arkham video games a particular highlight. So, when I saw that he appeared to be playing the Kingdom Come version in the crossover, I was over the moon.

Brie Larson Is Extremely Hyped For Wonder Woman 1984
After a very long wait, we've now had our first proper look at Wonder Woman 1984. The trailer didn't disappoint, either, showing us some awesome 1980s-set action to a really cool remix of New Order's 1983 hit "Blue Monday." While there've been rumblings of behind-the-scenes problems with the film and mixed reactions from test audiences, the first trailer should do a lot to assuage those doubts.

Deadpool’s First MCU Appearance Has Reportedly Been Revealed
Were it not for Deadpool, Marvel Studios and Disney would have no trouble incorporating the X-Men IP they acquired with the Fox merger. With Dark Phoenix considered a failure critically and financially (though it's really not that bad) it'd have been easy to conclude that after 20 years the X-Universe has simply reached the end of its natural life. But then there's the still wildly popular Deadpool and his R-rated antics. With assurances made that they aren't going to reboot and recast the character, how do you bring Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool into the MCU?
