With Arrow and The Flash introducing so many new characters, it was inevitable that a spinoff would eventually be launched. While it initially looked like The Atom (Brandon Routh) would be getting his own series, fans were shocked when DC's Legends of Tomorrow was announced. Assembling some of the best heroes and villains from both shows (as well as introducing a few new ones), Legends of Tomorrow will launch in early 2016 and pits the ragtag group against the immortal villain, Vandal Savage.
Luke Cage is a big part of Jessica Jones, but could the man with unbreakable skin make an appearance in Daredevil season two as well? His first solo series is shooting at the same time as Daredevil's second season, so it's certainly possible, and the video above definitely appears to tease that.
Hours before tonight's episode of The Flash airs, The CW has released one final clip which showcases a meeting between Caitlin Snow and Gorilla Grodd. Since we last saw him, the CGI (which was already very good in season one) has improved a great deal, and he honestly wouldn't look too out of place on the big screen!
As we get closer and closer to the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, more secrets from the movie are being spilled by director J.J. Abrams and the cast. The latest batch come courtesy of Andy Serkis, the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes star who is playing the mysterious Supreme Leader Snoke (via motion capture) in this highly anticipated release.
There were rumours of an X-Men TV show being in the works for years, but Fox shocked everyone several months back when they announced Hellfire and Legion.
By far one of the coolest moments in the first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens was seeing the Millennium Falcon back in action. Every glimpse we've since had of that iconic spaceship has been pretty awesome though, and now a new official image from the highly anticipated movie gives us a great look at it taking down a TIE Fighter.
Next week's episode of Gotham is the penultimate instalment before the series takes its winter hiatus, and it looks like a big one! While James Gordon may have learned the truth about Theo Galavan and his sinister plans for the city, the preview above makes it clear that it's the villain who has the last laugh when he'd freed.
Following last week's huge episode of The Flash which featured The Fastest Man Alive squaring off with Zoom in one of the show's most brutal fight sequences to date, tomorrow night's instalment shows no signs of slowing down and letting viewers catch their breath. That's because Gorilla Grodd will be making his return, and a new clip has now been released teasing that.
As of right now, the future of the X-Men franchise is unclear. While 2016 will see the release of Deadpool, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Gambit, 2017 has only the third Wolverine movie, and nothing in 2018 as of yet. While an X-Men: Apocalypse follow-up for that year seems likely, it has yet to be confirmed, but a new report points to that being the case.
The first season of Agent Carter was well-received critically, but it wasn't exactly a ratings hit. It certainly didn't perform poorly, but like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. before it, the ABC series struggled to find a significant portion of the audience. Regardless, fans were very pleased when a second season was given the green light, and the network has today confirmed when Agent Carter will return in 2016.
