Avatar Extended Collector’s Edition is hitting Blu-Ray and DVD on November 16th. Perhaps the most exciting thing about the 3 disc set is the alternative earth opening that will be shown. All in all, the extended cut will be 16 minutes longer and the disc itself has more than enough special features.
