Avengers: Endgame has only been in theaters for a little more than a month-and-a-half, but a new report from MCU Exchange shows that the Russo brothers’ magnum opus has already been scheduled for home video release. Even though it will likely remain on the big screen for quite some time – as it slowly attempts to shorten the $60 million gap between itself and Avatar – it looks like Marvel fans will be able to own their own copy of Endgame in the near future, though you might have to wait a little longer than others, depending on what format you prefer.

If a tweet by Marvelous Realm is anything to go by, it looks like Avengers: Endgame will release digitally on July 30th. Better yet, it’ll be part of Disney’s Movies Anywhere cloud-based digital locker and streaming platform, which means that you’ll be able to watch your copy across a handful of platforms, including Amazon Video, Google Play, Vudu, iOS storefronts and plenty more. For those of you who prefer a pristine, higher quality Blu-Ray, you’ll have to wait until August 13th to get your hands on a physical release.

It’s not entirely clear yet if Endgame will be released on UHD Blu-Ray, but it seems likely, considering Captain Marvel got a 4K retail version of its own. That being said, Disney has a habit of mastering these copies based on a 2K digital intermediate, which is a shame, since the Russo brothers went out of their way to film on extremely high-resolution IMAX/Arri digital cameras.

Regardless of the final video quality, the retail versions are sure to be filled with plenty of special features and bonus goodies, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on Avengers: Endgame‘s home video release as we learn more about it.
