In it, we see Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman each confronted by bizarre situations in their respective cities. From what we can tell, normal citizens are apparently seeing others as grotesque demons for reasons unknown. Needless to say, we’re getting an idea of why this flick earned an R-rating.

What’s also worth noting is that we now know the chronology of previously released snippets, such as the core members of the Justice League engaging in a roundtable meeting and the edge of your seat excitement that comes with seeing Bruce Wayne shave, the latter of which confirmed our suspicion that it takes place before the Dark Knight enlists the help of one John Constantine.

Justice League Dark arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on February 7. For more information regarding this title, be sure to check out the official synopsis below:

When innocent civilians begin committing unthinkable crimes across Metropolis, Gotham City and beyond, Batman must call upon mystical counterparts to eradicate this demonic threat to the planet. Enter Justice League Dark, reluctantly led by the Hellblazer himself, John Constantine. Like Batman, Constantine is a cunning, often cynical loner who is the best at his chosen profession – but quickly realizes the sinister forces plaguing the planet will require help from other supernatural alliances. Forming a new “league” with sorceress Zatanna, otherworldly Deadman, and Jason Blood and his powerful alter ego Etrigan the Demon, this team of Dark Arts specialists must unravel the mystery of Earth’s supernatural plague and contend with the rising, powerful villainous forces behind the siege – before it’s too late for all of mankind.
