The CW Reportedly Considering Doing Arrowverse Movies
The Arrowverse has come a long way since Stephen Amell finally got off that island in Arrow's pilot episode. Over the past 11 years, The CW's hit TV franchise has grown into arguably the fullest and most expansive screen version of the DC universe we've seen to date. And though its original lineup of shows are running their course - Arrow ended last year, with Supergirl and Black Lightning concluding after their current seasons - the network has no intention of letting this well dry up.

Netflix Is Losing Almost 40 Movies/TV Shows In April
Netflix is adding a ton of new titles this April, with the full list of arrivals being unveiled by the streamer today. Unfortunately, though, as is always the case, just as subscribers get a load of great fresh content every month, we also have to accept that we're going to lose a bunch of popular movies and TV shows at the same time. And sure enough, while 70 additions are due in April, almost 40 titles are leaving the platform over the coming weeks.

Pedro Pascal Reportedly Wants LGBT Representation In The Mandalorian
While former co-star Gina Carano has come under fire for allegedly transphobic behavior online, The Mandalorian leading man Pedro Pascal is a celebrated ally to the LGBTQ+ community, often using his social media platforms to promote LGBT issues and famously being hugely supportive of his trans sister. It's not all that surprising, then, that Pascal is reportedly pushing for the Disney Plus show to have some LGBT representation moving forward.

Evan Peters To Play Jeffrey Dahmer In New Netflix Series From Ryan Murphy
American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy is teaming up with one of the FX anthology show's most recurring stars for the latest project to come out of his highly lucrative partnership with Netflix. Murphy has hired Evan Peters to play the title role in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, a 10-episode limited series which will explore the life of one of the most notorious serial killers in American history.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier premiere addressed a major question MCU fans have been wondering about for years: do the Avengers actually get paid for saving the planet? After MGM moved forward with a Child's Play reboot in 2019, creator Don Mancini is continuing his original universe in Syfy's Chucky TV series, which will explore the next chapter in the saga of the killer Good Guy doll. Ryan Reynolds’ New Movie Gets Delayed Again, Now Coming In August
Disney just reshuffled its 2021 release schedule today, resulting in various highly anticipated movies on the studio's slate being pushed back yet again. Marvel's Black Widow is the one getting the most attention, as that's been relocated from May to July, but it's worth pointing out that Ryan Reynolds' next film has been held back by an even longer stretch. Sci-fi action/comedy Free Guy was set to drop in theaters this May 21st but instead it's coming on August 13th.
