The Mandalorian Teased The Arrival Of [SPOILERS] This Week

Despite Disney/Lucasfilm's best efforts to keep it a secret, we've known for months that Ahsoka Tano is making her live-action debut in The Mandalorian season 2. Fans have been frustrated, then, that the beloved Togrutan heroine didn't feature in any of the trailers or the first couple of episodes of the season. The Mandalorian reached the third episode of its second season today, and it delivered something that fans have been waiting for. Namely, a popular character from the Star Wars universe was brought back to our screens for their live-action debut. Nope, it's not Ahsoka Tano, at least not yet. Instead, "Chapter 11: The Heiress" features Katee Sackhoff reprising her role as Bo-Katan Kryze.

WB Reportedly Has No Plans To Fire Amber Heard From Aquaman 2

This past week, a much rumored turn of events actually happened - Johnny Depp has been fired from Fantastic Beasts 3, following the verdict in his UK libel trial going against him, something that effectively brands the actor as a domestic abuser. The Mandalorian Season 2 Reportedly Features A Lightsaber Duel To Rival The Movies

Given its focus on the galactic underworld, The Mandalorian has yet to feature any instances of that fan favorite Star Wars staple - the lightsaber duel. However, one is apparently on its way. The all-important Darksaber was introduced into the Disney Plus show in its season 1 finale, and according to a new report, a character we all can't wait to see is going to challenge the evil Moff Gideon for it - in explosive fashion.

2021 Will Now Bring Us 8 MCU Movies And TV Shows

2020 has turned out to be a tough year for MCU fans, as all of Marvel Studios' upcoming productions just kept getting pushed back and back due to the pandemic, to the point where we'll now have not a single bit of MCU entertainment released for the past 12 months. Thankfully, though, 2021 will be a lot more satisfying and instead of the usual 2 or 3 movies that we're used to per year, it'll deliver 8 (!) MCU films and TV shows.

David Arquette Says He’s Having A Hard Time On Scream 5 Without Wes Craven

In 2015, the movie industry lost one of the greats, as horror icon Wes Craven passed away at the age of 76. The director's death seemed to put the Scream franchise out to pasture, but this past year Ghostface has been reawakened for Scream 5, which will be helmed by Ready or Not filmmakers Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett.
