Though the Bat-verse was once off limits to them, The CW has well and truly embraced the world of Gotham City over the past few years thanks to Batwoman, which is just about to head into its third season. And this time around, the Arrowverse show is expanding its roster of iconic characters, with the likes of Poison Ivy, Mad Hatter and others due to appear. But could Catwoman be on her way to The CWverse, too?
Ghost Rider is coming back to our screens in the near future. Though Marvel hasn't officially announced this, reports have been swirling for a while that the studio has plans for the Spirit of Vengeance. Gabriel Luna previously played the Robbie Reyes version in TV's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. While a comeback for him remains to be seen, Marvel is most likely going to introduce the original rider, Johnny Blaze.
Not everyone was unanimous in their praise for this year's adaptation of NetherRealm's infamously gory fighting game franchise, but Mortal Kombat certainly proved, at the very least, that a healthy appetite exists for more adventures in Earthrealm.
As initially reported by Variety, the streaming platform has brokered a deal with The Pokémon Company which will see it produce a live-action series similar, but not connected to, 2019's Detective Pikachu.
