The Simpsons Set To Cross Over With Star Wars In New Short Film
Thanks to the Fox merger, The Simpsons and Star Wars both fall under the Disney banner now, which means that the studio can treat us to a unique crossover event this May 4th. Sure enough, as part of a rollout of unmissable content for Star Wars Day, this Tuesday will see the debut of Maggie Simpson in The Force Awakens From Its Nap, a short film starring the family's youngest member, Maggie, which will spoof that galaxy far, far away.

Marvel Fans Are Getting Emotional Over Black Panther 2’s Official Title
This Monday, Marvel dropped an internet-shattering sizzle reel for Phase 4 of the MCU that revealed a ton of new info about what's to come in the world's favorite franchise. As well as unveiling the first footage from Eternals, it also confirmed a few release dates as well as rechristening a couple of upcoming movies. Namely, Captain Marvel 2 is now going by The Marvels and Black Panther 2 has been given the subtitle Wakanda Forever.

The Internet’s Freaking Out Over First Eternals Footage
Marvel decided to help us fend off the Monday blues today by dropping a new featurette teasing what's to come across Phase 4 of the MCU, the highlight of which was the reveal of our first bit of footage from Eternals. It was already hugely hyped, but following director's Chloe Zhao's Academy Award win for Nomadland, the ensemble film might just be the most highly anticipated Marvel movie of the next couple of years.

How Wallis Day Made Her Debut As Batwoman’s New Kate Kane
Back in March, we discovered that Kate Kane was returning to Batwoman, but with a new face. Ruby Rose exited the role at the end of season 1, and now her replacement - former Krypton star Wallis Day - has finally made her debut as the original Crimson Crusader. But Day's first appearance wasn't the triumphant return for Kate that we were expecting, as the heroine isn't exactly herself right now.

Batwoman Fans Are Already Loving The New Kate Kane
After initially deciding to hire Javicia Leslie as brand new heroine Ryan Wilder following Ruby Rose's exit, Batwoman is bringing the original Crimson Crusader back into the fold, except she's now played by former Krypton star Wallis Day. She made her debut in the role in this past Sunday's outing and Arrowverse fans are already loving what they've seen of the recast Kate.

Netflix Reportedly Wants At Least 4 Seasons Of Shadow And Bone
Netflix launched another major new fantasy series a couple of weeks ago in Shadow and Bone, as based on the hit YA novels by Leigh Bardugo. Thanks to a combination of its pre-existing fanbase, a massive marketing push and a great cast led by The Punisher's Ben Barnes, it immediately soared to the top of the charts to become one of the streamer's biggest hits of April. And while a second season has yet to be announced, it feels like a very safe bet at this point.
