The wait is finally over! Rather than individually collect Blu-Rays for each film in the MCU, fans now have the option of pre-ordering The Infinity Saga box set. Best Buy is currently accepting orders for the collection of 23 Marvel films all bundled together in one exclusive package. The set will cost $549.99 in total, which adds up to roughly $23.91 per movie, and will be released on November 15th.
Taking over for Hugh Jackman as Wolverine will be a tall task for whoever ultimately ends up getting the part. Fans have their own opinions as to who they think should end up succeeding the Academy Award nominee, and it turns out, so does writer/director Matthew Vaughn. The man behind the Kingsman franchise is a little more qualified to speak on the subject than most, too, considering that he broke into the mainstream by directing X-Men: First Class, as well as crafting the story for the sequel X-Men: Days of Future Past.
For years, Spider-Man's spider-sense has just been accepted as a symptom of his radioactive spider bite. Now, the new comic book Spider-Verse #1 explains for the first time what this mysterious power actually is and why it's so important. The story begins with Miles Morales being whisked away by a mysterious entity calling itself Spider-Zero.
Spider-Man may have just returned to the MCU, but Marvel is already trying to pencil the web-head in for a few of their upcoming features. As of right now, the agreement between the aforementioned studio and Sony only allows Peter Parker to pop up in two more MCU movies. Kevin Feige is hoping that they can strike a new deal before the current one concludes though, which will allow the superhero to have even more of a presence in the popular cinematic universe. Specifically, Marvel wants Spider-Man to cameo in either Captain Marvel 2 or Captain Marvel 3.
Nearly two years after the theatrical release of Justice League, Zack Snyder is still campaigning to get his cut of the film out there. He's reportedly even gone so far as to show it to Warner Bros. executives in hopes that they'll want to invest the time and money that it's going to take to make it a complete product. Whether any of their minds were changed still remains to be seen, but fans have to hold out hope for a miracle. If the cut really is as great as Snyder and Jason Momoa claim it is, then the studio has an obligation to show audiences how great the original movie should've/could've been.
The horror classic Candyman has been receiving considerable attention lately. Ever since it was announced that modern horror icon Jordan Peele would be producing a sequel to the terrifying 1992 horror flick, fans have been wanting to either revisit the movie or watch it for the first time. Now, thanks to Netflix, they'll be able to do that just in time for Halloween.
It's common knowledge that Robert Pattinson will be playing the titular superhero in Warner Bros.' upcoming feature The Batman. Most of the other casting, however, still remains a mystery. There've been a ton of rumors circling around the flick, but nothing concrete seems to have materialized as of yet. Given that six villains are expected to appear in the film though, it'll undoubtedly be interesting to see who the studio decides to go with.
The Wreck-It Ralph cinematic universe just keeps on expanding. We already reported that a third installment of the hit franchise is already in development, following the massive success of the first two entries. Now we're being told that a spin-off centered around a popular character from the recent sequel is also underway. According to our sources, Disney is in the process of putting together a film that explores Shank. The tough-as-nails netizen was played by Gal Gadot in Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 and she's expected to once again reprise the role for the new movie.
The script for Don't Breathe 2 has been completed and star Stephen Lang says it's going to be great. The 67-year-old actor played a blind veteran with a dark secret in the first film, hunting a group of burglars who broke into his home. He recently revealed at this year's Fantastic Fest that he's read what's going to take place in the sequel and it sounds like it's going to be just as satisfying as the original. In his own words:
Halloween is one of the best days of the entire year. It's so great, in fact, that people want to permanently move it to Saturday in order to have the most fun possible. That'd make sense, too, as everyone loves dressing up in costume and filling up on candy all day long.
