The Secret Life Of Pets Writer Wants An Animal Version Of Watchmen
On the surface, DC League of Super-Pets doesn't sound like the kind of project worth getting excited about. Fans of the comic book company's feature film output have spent years lobbying for the SnyderVerse, Henry Cavill, a Ben Affleck Batman movie and more, so a kid-friendly animation about a team of animal superheroes wouldn't appear to stoke much interest on the surface.

Cruella 2 Director Teases A Turn To The Dark Side For Ms. De Vil
Craig Gillespie's Cruella was a whole lot better than it had any right to be, with a completely unnecessary origin story for the iconic 101 Dalmatians villain being elevated into an entertaining punk rock crime caper driven by two barnstorming performances from Academy Award winning Emmas Stone and Thompson, not to mention the incredible costume and production design.
